Geeks n'beer

Yesterday evening I went to an Internet People event. Unlike many of their dinner events, this was a drinks only event - involving a bunch of internet geeks, a bunch of venture capitalists and some beer. The mix went down a storm - and it was genuinely interesting, with a good bunch of people talking about the next big thing - or as it was in a lot of cases, not talking about the next big thing and keeping those secrets under their large dot com hats . . .

OK. So here we go. I've meaning to start blogging about socks for a while - and I've finally done it. So what will I be talking about in my sock blog? Well, socks mainly. Beyond just socks, I'll be venturing into socks and business and no doubt throwing in some interesting (or not) stuff about socks and life. Seriously deep stuff.
